I wrote to you the other day suggesting an update to the upload_suggest xml feed that would defiantly need the IGB so you don't have to alt-tab every few seconds for 20 or so items. For everythign else I keep EVE windowed and use Firefox for browsing so you may have the odd complainer, but many users of EVE-C won't care. On a side note, EVE Mon has an option that lets EVE take up the full screen when windowed, making alt tabbing easier.
