Profit before Tax = (quantity*buying price)-(quantity*selling price)
Tax Fee = (quantity*buying price)*Tax rate [Tax rate vary between 1%~0.5% according to your "Accounting" skill level]
Profit after Tax = Profit before Tax - Tax Fee

P.S. A small tip... per-unit profit must be higher then the buying price/100.</description>

I'm a Fighter/Trader in the game and I recently started to use the Trade Finder option. First I got excited with this tool and the possible ISK i could make. But then I found the glitch. Your calculations about the profit doing the Trading route trips are wrong. You don't take in concern the Transaction Tax, which in most cases make the trip not worthy. For those who haven't trained the "Accounting" Skill, the tax is 1% of the Market Transaction (not the profit), so trading isn't profitable although the tool says it is.</description>
